These Terms govern your use of spacechatusa.com (the "Site") and Space Chat (the "Service"), operated by Space Build ("Space Build", "we", "us"). By using the Site or the Service, you agree to these Terms.
The Service
Space Chat is team chat with channels, direct messages, mentions, pins and reminders. Some features, including calls and video and the standalone app, are marked "Coming soon" and may change or not be released.
Accounts, users and guests
Admins control company settings and who has access. You can invite guests by email to private channels and direct messages, and you can revoke their access at any time. Guests do not have access to your books. You are responsible for the people you invite.
Your content
You keep ownership of the messages and files you and your users share in the Service. You give Space Build permission to store and process that content only as needed to provide the Service. You are responsible for having the right to share it.
Fees
Fees are charged per active user, per month, as shown on the pricing section of the Site or in your order. Guests are free. Space Build may change prices with notice.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the Site or the Service, interfere with its operation, or use it to break the law.
Third-party services
The Service may link to or use third-party services such as SpaceBooks and Google. Their terms apply to your use of them.
Disclaimers and liability
The Site and the Service are provided "as is". To the extent allowed by law, Space Build is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
